Someone Pushed Mamatha Banerjee From Back:
Mamatha Banerjee was moved to hospital after she was seen falling on the ground at her Kalighat residence. Her forehead and nose were seen injured due to the incident on Thursday. Doctors claimed this was the “sensation of pushing from behind which led to fall and our job is to treat”. She underwent stitches on her injuries and was discharged after medical tests were done. She has been doing well and is stable now, according to officials at SSKM Hospital. These claims raised confusion and rumors about the incident.
However, the cause of the incident is yet to be revealed since the incident happened at Mamatha Banerjee’s own residence, and there was no complaint from her end. The police officer said there was no complaint regarding her fall and that security was increased at her residence.
TMC Clarifies:
Though Mamatha Banerjee has Z-category security and a special team of officers for her security lookup, the incident happened at her residence. Even her residence is covered by the same security that covers her. Trinamool Congress (TMC) has shared an update regarding the doctor’s claims of pushing and has rejected all those claims.
TMC leader stated she felt dizzy and collapsed, which led to injuries to her forehead and nose. Doctors treat her while the misunderstanding of the incident is injustice.
Doctor Clarified:
Mamatha Banerjee was seen at the hospital around 7.30 pm on Thursday with a cerebral concussion and a sharp cut over her forehead and nose, which was bleeding continuously. However, Dr Manimoy Bandyopadhyay clarified the confusion around her fall and stated that the officials’ statement was misunderstood.
Mamatha Banerjee is now under observation through checkups and medications at her residence. We have to wait for her recovery and see how it turns out when she recovers, especially regarding the cause of the incident if something happened.
