The first controversy came from popular YouTube influencer Sandeep Maheshwari citing a scam from Bindra company and now he is being accused of assaulting his wife within 8 days of marriage. Vivek Bindra and Yanika Bindra got married on 6th December 2023. It is very shocking to see his wife being assaulted just after 8 days of marriage and Vivek Bindra being a popular YouTube influencer as the main accused.
In the early hours of 14th December, the conflict between Bindra and his mother escalated after his wife Yanika Bindra intervened, causing a physical assault by Vivek Bindra which led to several wounds and injuries. Her brother Vaibhav lodged a complaint on Vivek Bindra in sections related to physical assault at the Noida police station sector 126.
The FIR copy wrote that Vivek Bindra locked his sister in a room and then subjected her to abuse, later physical assault causing injuries on the body.
Police officers said that they are looking into the issue through possible ways and will be conducting a thorough probe into the allegation and take necessary action.

A video has widely spread across social media where Yanika Bindra was seen showing the injuries in the hospital caused by to assault by Vivek Bindra. Another clip at the entrance of their residency showed Vivek Bindra forcing Yanika about the issue but it is still unknown what happened between them at the entrance as the video has no audio.
Yanika Bindra’s brother Vaibhav said that after the assault his sister was unable to hear, the hair torn out with wounds on her body. She was feeling dizzy due to a wound on her head and so admitted to hospital and currently undergoing treatment in Delhi. He also claimed that Vivek damaged his sister’s phone during the conflict.
Sandeep Maheshwari Vs Vivek Bindra:
Professionally Vivek Bindra faced allegations from Sandeep Maheshwari who is a popular YouTuber. He stated that Bindra company had scammed several students over a course fee misleading them with false information which was titled as “Unveiling a Major scam” on his channel. In response to this Bindra refused all the allegations made by him and asked for proper proof of evidence.
Sandeep raised the question about the course fee for the course that students received and was told it was not the intended course as previously said.
This conflict took a turn in India again when Sandeep disclosed that he was being forced by his team of Bindra to delete the video on his channel about the allegation but the video got a huge positive response so he did not delete that as he is not doing anything against the society.
