Multi-grain bread: is not prepared from multiple grains of high nutrition but instead they prepare it from Maida as the main component with less percentage of refined wheat which also lacks nutritious elements. The name mainly implies that they are prepared from more than one grain and not as we think of prepared from multiple grains with high nutrition. The naming convention plays a huge part here in fooling us of bread prepared from multiple-grain bread.

4. Whole wheat bread: is also made from Maida which accounts for more than 70% of its preparation and the whole wheat is added in small amounts so that they can publish it as whole wheat bread which makes us think that the bread is prepared from only whole wheat Atta. Whatever the name used production depends on the usage of ingredients.

The breads are prepared from multiple unhealthy ingredients like preservatives and palm oil which is not good for health over high consumption. The breads which are very low in cost use this kind of tactic in the market for generating high sales.
