The bag has an IED substance, which clearly states that it was the case of a bomb blast. A total of 10 members have been reported as injured, and out of them, one has sustained 40% burn injuries and was shifted for intensive care at the Hospital. Among the people who were injured were 2 members of the hotel staff, and the others were customers who arrived at the cafe.

Another Bomb Threat:

Immediately after 5 days of the IED explosion, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah, along with several cabinet ministers, received a Bomb Blast threat Email. The Email was sent by Shahid Khan who said the Bengaluru will be rocked by several explosions at 2:48 pm exactly on Saturday.

The email was sent through Shahiskhan10786@protonmail.com. He demanded the government to give 2.5 million dollars /Rs 20 crores dollars, and if not, explosions would take place on buses, trains, temples, hotels, and public areas throughout Karnataka.

He further claimed the trailer of the bomb blast would take place at Ambari Utsav Bus, and after that, they would raise their demands and upload the screenshots of email on social media.  After higher authorities received the email, Karnataka was on high alert. This is very common in Karnataka, where higher authorities receive bomb threat mail, and the government has taken immediate measures accordingly many times.
