The building has 27 stories with temple, car parking, helipad, ice cream room, temple, movie theatre, spa and salon. The speciality doesn’t end here it also contains artificial snow room to beat the heat. It won’t be wrong to say it is vertical heaven in the territory of India.

3.  Villa Leopolda  – Cote d’Azur

It is located in Cote d’Azur Region of France. It is worth approx $750 million. Interestingly the villa is owned by a women that too widow aka Lily Safra, wife of Edmund Safra, a banker. The Villa got its name on its original owner King Leopold II, of Belgium. The villa earned its popularity after getting featured in a movie called ‘To Catch A Thief’.

Making its name in the list with worth of $500 million.It is located in California, USA. The entire space is big bungalow with multiple kitchens and bedrooms. Sadly in the auction it couldn’t make the sale of its worth and the buyers were less than as it was expected.

It is in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France. Built in 1830 and purchase by king Leopold II in 1904. The villa has multiple rooms with a swimming pool as big as of olympic. Also not astonishing but connecting that the villa has crystal chandeliers, 19th century oil paintings and collection of thousands of books. The estimated worth of the villa is approx $450 million.
